This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your Dense order.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4–6 business days, depending on your location. Delivery to metro cities is usually faster than to remote areas. These are estimates and not guaranteed timelines, as final delivery depends on our courier partners.

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders within India. Cash on Delivery orders may carry a small additional handling fee, which will be shown at checkout.
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pincodes and may be subject to verification before dispatch. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm a COD order before shipping it.
Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking link by WhatsApp, SMS, or email so you can follow its progress.
If your order is delayed, undelivered, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to resolve it. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to us.
We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
