We want you to be confident ordering from Dense. Please read our policy below.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, we will replace it free of charge. Email us at hello@medzifi.com or message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, along with a photo of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Opened products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been opened or used. This is standard practice for cosmetic and personal-care products, as opened items cannot be resold.

Delivery issues

If your order is significantly delayed or does not arrive, contact us and we will track it with our courier partner and resolve it. If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but the policy above still applies if anything is wrong on arrival.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

A note on results

Dense is a daily hair-support serum, not a medical treatment. Hair care takes time and results vary from person to person. We are unable to offer refunds based on individual results, as outcomes depend on consistent use over several months and factors specific to each person. We have tried to set honest expectations across our website so you can decide if Dense is right for you.
